1. All offers
- Offers apply to orders placed online in the Santa Fe app or on this website, unless an offer says otherwise, and are subject to item availability at the location you order from.
- Promo codes, rewards and gift cards cannot be used on catering orders.
- Offers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are applied as a discount on the order they are used on.
- These Offer Terms are part of our Terms & Conditions. Where an offer shows its own conditions, those apply too.
2. Free Chips & Queso on your first order
- After you create a Santa Fe Rewards account, you get one free Chips & Queso on your first order, on this website or in the app. You must be signed in when you order.
- “First order” means your account has no earlier order that was placed successfully; an order that was cancelled or whose payment failed does not count.
- One free Chips & Queso per account, quantity one. The order must also include at least one other paid item that is not Chips & Queso.
- If the order it was used on is cancelled or its payment fails, the offer becomes available again.
3. Monday Special
Current offer: Monday Special — Any chicken, carnitas, or veggie burrito or bowl for just $5.99 — every Monday, all day. Paid extras and tax are additional.
- Available on Mondays at participating locations and during the hours shown with the offer, based on the restaurant’s local time when your order will be picked up or delivered.
- Applies to the qualifying items shown with the offer. The discount applies to each qualifying item’s base price; add-ons and extras are charged at their regular price.
- Choose your location to see whether the Monday Special is available for your order.
4. Promo codes
- One promo code per order.
- A promo code may be limited by expiration date, minimum order (measured on the item subtotal), participating locations, a total number of uses, a number of uses per customer, a specific customer, or VIP Crew status. A code that does not meet its conditions is not applied.
- A promo code’s discount applies to the item subtotal and is never more than the subtotal. A free-delivery code covers the delivery fee only.
5. Combining offers
- A promo code and the Monday Special cannot be used together: when you apply a promo code, it replaces the Monday Special discount.
- Rewards can’t be used with a promo code unless that code allows rewards. Currently, rewards can’t be combined with the Monday Special either.
6. Birthday gift & rewards
The birthday gift, points and rewards are covered by our Rewards Program Terms. Gift cards are covered by our Gift Card Terms.
7. Changes
Offers may change or end at any time, subject to applicable law. The offers currently available are shown on our website and in the app.
